8. חובת סודיות
מי שהגיע לידיו מידע לפי חוק זה תוך כדי מילוי תפקידו, ישמור אותו בסוד, לא יגלה אותו לאחר ולא יעשה בו כל שימוש אלא למטרה שלשמה נמסר לשם ביצוע חוק זה או על פי צו בית משפט.
