1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”גודל האוכלוסייה“ – לפי מדד האוכלוסין האחרון שפרסמה הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
”היקף עבריינות“ – לפי תקנה 4;
”עבירות בתחום איכות החיים“ – לפי רשימת העבירות;
”עבירות בתחום גרימת נזק לרכוש במרחב הציבורי“ – לפי רשימת העבירות;
”עבירות בתחום האלימות“ – לפי רשימת העבירות;
”רשימת העבירות“ – לפי רשימה שגיבש השר לפי סעיף 7א(א) לחוק.
