172. איסור העסקת מי שלא הודרך לפי תוכנית ההדרכה
לא יעסיק בעל רישיון עובד, בעצמו או על ידי מעסיק אחר מטעמו של בעל הרישיון, ולא יתיר העסקת עובד כאמור, בתפקידים שעניינם הפעלת שדה התעופה לפי תקנות אלה, אלא אם כן אותו עובד השלים בהצלחה הדרכה לפי סימן זה.
