1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”תמרוק“ – כל מוצר מהמוצרים המנויים בתוספת;
”מיכל“ – לרבות פחית, פח, קופסה, שק, שקיק, בקבוק, צנצנת, שפופרת, ארגז אריזה, עטיפה או בית קיבול סגור;
”יצרן“ – אדם שעסקו או חלק מעסקו ייצור תמרוקים.
