10. בקשת רשות ערעור לבית משפט מחוזי
(א)המועד להגשת בקשת רשות ערעור על פסק דין של בית משפט של ערעור הוא שישים ימים.
(ב)הוגשה בקשת רשות ערעור על פסק דין של בית משפט של ערעור ונתן בית המשפט המחוזי רשות ערעור, ידון בית המשפט בבקשה כאילו ניתנה הרשות והוגש הערעור ויראו את נימוקי הבקשה כנימוקי הערעור.
