הוגשה בקשת רשות ערעור על החלטה אחרת של בית הדין, ונתן בית המשפט של ערעור רשות ערעור, ידון בית המשפט בבקשה כאילו ניתנה הרשות והוגש הערעור ויראו את נימוקי הבקשה כנימוקי הערעור.
