10. החלטה על שמיעת הקטין באמצעות יחידת הסיוע
הורה בית הדין על שמיעת הקטין באמצעות הפניית הוריו ליחידת הסיוע, יפנה את הוריו ליחידת הסיוע, בצירוף דברי הסבר המיועדים לקטין ולהוריו על הליך שמיעת הקטין, מטרתו והמועד האחרון שבו על ההורה ליצור קשר עם יחידות הסיוע.
