Section 11 of תקנות הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות (סדר הדין בבתי הדין השרעיים), התשפ״ו–2026, אופן שמיעת הקטין וגילו.
11. אופן שמיעת הקטין וגילו
(א)בית הדין ישמע קטין שגילו שש שנים לפחות, וכן קטין שטרם מלאו לו שש שנים אם ראה בית הדין לנכון לעשות כן, במקרה שבו אחיו הגדולים של הקטין הוזמנו להשמיע את דברם או מטעם אחר.
(ב)קטין יישמע בלא נוכחות הוריו או באי כוחם.
(ג)קטין יישמע, ככל האפשר, בנפרד מאחיו, ורשאי בית הדין או עובד יחידת הסיוע, לפי העניין, להחליט על שמיעת כמה אחים יחדיו.
