בחוק זה –
”בית משפט“ – מי שנתונה בידו סמכות שפיטה, לרבות בית המשפט הגבוה לצדק;
”הרשות המבצעת“ – הממשלה וכל גורמי הרשות המבצעת שאינם מאוגדים;
”השר“ – שר המשפטים.
