10. התייצבות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה
(א)על אף האמור בפקודת סדרי הדין (התייצבות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה) [נוסח חדש], נקבע כי עמדת הרשות המבצעת בהליך מסוים תוצג על ידי עורך דין אחר בהתאם להוראות סעיף 9, לא יתייצב היועץ המשפטי לממשלה בהליך בפני בית המשפט ללא אישור הממשלה, ועדת שרים או השר או אישור שניתן בדרך אחרת שקבעה הממשלה.
(ב)סעיף זה לא יחול בהליכים בפני בית משפט בעניינים הנוגעים לתחום המשפט הפלילי.
