11. ייצוג גופים אחרים
על אף האמור בכל דין, כל גוף של המדינה שאינו חלק מהרשות המבצעת, לא ייוצג בפני בית משפט בידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה אלא בהסכמת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה ובהסכמת אותו הגוף, ובכל הנוגע לכנסת – גם בהסכמת היועץ המשפטי לכנסת.
