13. הפסקת כהונה לפני תום תקופת הכהונה
חבר המועצה יחדל לכהן לפני תום תקופת כהונתו בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)הוא התפטר במסירת כתב התפטרות לראש הממשלה;
(2)חדל להתקיים בו התנאי שמכוחו מונה לחבר המועצה.
