4. המשך תחולת הוראות מחוק הסיוע הכלכלי
הגדרות והוראות מחוק התוכנית לסיוע כלכלי (הוראת שעה) (סיוע לעסקים ולמוסדות ציבור), התשפ״ו–2026, שהוחלו בתקנות אלה, ימשיכו לחול לעניין תביעות לפי תקנות אלה גם לאחר פקיעת תוקפו של החוק האמור, כנוסחן ערב הפקיעה.
