בתקנות אלה –
”"האמנה“ – התקנות הבין לאומיות למניעת התנגשויות בים – 1972 שנערכו בלונדון ביום 20 באוקטובר 1972 ושישראל הצטרפה אליהם ביום כ״ז באייר תשל״ז (15 במאי 1977) ותקפן מיום כ״ט בתמוז תשל״ז (15 ביולי 1977) 12:00 זמן אזורי, ואשר נוסחן ניתן בתוספת;
”המנהל“, ”מפקח כלי שיט“ – כהגדרתם בתקנות הנמלים בטיחות השיט;
”תקנות הנמלים בטיחות השיט“ – תקנות הנמלים (בטיחות השיט), התשמ״ג–1982.
