2. תנאים לשיט באזור שיט מותנה
בעל ספינה או סירה, קברניטה או מי שבידו השליטה בה, לא ישיטה באזור שיט מותנה אלא אם מילא אחר תנאים אלה:
(1)ברשותו מכשיר קשר תקין;
(2)הוא הקים קשר עם תחנת קשר מיד עם כניסתו לאזור השיט המותנה ועם עזיבתו את אזור השיט המותנה בחזרה אל אזור השיט החפשי;
(3)הוא מדווח על אתר הימצאו על פי קווי אורך ורוחב או כיוון וטווח מהחוף בכל 4 שעות; הקמת קשר ודיווח יקויימו בים התיכון על ערוץ 16 ובמפרץ אילת על ערוץ 14.
