3. הוראות ויציאה מחוץ לארץ
בעל ספינה, קברניטה או מי שבידו השליטה בה, ימלא בעת יציאתו מחוץ לגבולות ישראל אחר הוראות אלה:
(1)יחתום על דף הוראות בטחון שיט וקשר שהפיץ חיל הים לתחנות משטרת הגבולות הקיימות ויקבל תדרוך בכתב ממשטרת ישראל לפני היציאה;
(2)ברשותו מכשיר קשר תקין;
(3)יקים קשר וידווח כנדרש בסעיף 2(2) ו־(3) בעת הכניסה והמעבר באזור שיט מותנה;
(4)ידווח לתחנת קשר בעת יציאתו אל מחוץ לאזור שיט מותנה בדרכו אל מעבר לגבולות ישראל.
