30. הספקת והצבת לוח אישור בטיחות
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)לוח אישור בטיחות למכולה יספק הבעל או היצרן.
(ב)רשאי להציב לוח אישור בטיחות –
(1)בעל או יצרן, לפי אישור רשות האישור כאמור בתקנה 22;
(2)בעל מיתקן מורשה לבדיקת מכולות כחליף ללוח אישור בטיחות שהתכלה, כאמור בתקנה 34ב – על גבי מכולה שנבדקה בכפוף לאמור בפרק השביעי והמאושרת בידי רשות אישור.
