10. דיווח פרטי המטען
עם גמר פעולות הריתוק, יודיע בעל המכלית או קברניטה למנהל הנמל או לאחראי על המסוף, לפי הענין, את הפרטים הנדרשים להלן, על גבי הטופס בתוספת השניה:
(1)כמות כל סוג של מטען שמן שבמכלית ומקום החסנתו;
(2)כמות מי הנטל השמנוניים שבמכלית ומקום החסנתם;
(3)כמות מי הנטל שאינם שמנוניים שבמכלית ומקום החסנתם.
