44. פיקוח על רישום
(א)טפסי הרישום יימצאו בפיקוחו ובשליטתו של האחראי על המסוף ולא יוציאם האחראי על המסוף מפיקוחו ומשליטתו ולא יעבירם לאחר.
(ב)האחראי על המסוף רשאי להסמיך עובד בעל כישורים מתאימים לבצע ולנהל את הרישום בטפסי הרישום (להלן – מבצע הרישומים).
(ג)מבצע הרישומים והאחראי על המסוף יחתמו בשולי כל עמוד שבטפסי הרישום.
