55. סמכויות מנהל הנמל
מבלי לגרוע מהוראות תקנות אלה רשאי מנהל הנמל בבואו להשתמש בסמכויותיו לפי פקודת הנמלים להורות לקברניט כלי שיט לעשות כל מעשה או להימנע מעשיית כל מעשה, כפי שייראה לו נחוץ לשם שמירת בטיחות כלי השיט וחיי בני אדם שבו ובקרבתו.
