63. אחריות בחבר בני אדם
נעברה עבירה לפי תקנות אלה בידי חבר בני אדם, אחראי לביצועה גם כל מי שבשעת ביצוע העבירה היה חבר מינהלה פעיל, מנהל או פקיד אחראי של אותו חבר, ובשותפות – מי שהיה אותה שעה שותף בה, למעט שותף מוגבל, אם לא הוכיחו אחד משני אלה:
(1)העבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתם;
(2)הם נקטו בכל האמצעים הנאותים להבטחת קיומן של תקנות אלה.
