8. סגירת שסתומי ופתחי המכלים
שסתומי ופתחי מכלי המטען במכלית, למעט מכלים חפשים מגזים, יהיו סגורים בכל משך ביצוע פעולות הניתוב, הריתוק או הניתוק של מכלית בנמל או במסוף.
