1. רשיון כניסה לנמל
לא ייכנס אדם לתחום אזור נמל, אלא על פי רשיון כניסה מאת מנהל הנמל (להלן – רשיון כניסה) או על פי רשיון עיסוק כנדרש בסעיף 9 לפקודה (להלן – רשיון עיסוק), ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון.
