16. חיפוש אחר גפרורים וכו׳
מנהל הנמל רשאי לערוך חיפוש אצל כל אדם הנכנס לאניית חמרי נפץ או לאזור סכנה, כדי להבטיח את קיומן של הוראות תקנה 15.
