בעלה של אניית חמרי נפץ חייב לתלות בחרטומה ובירכתיה כבל פלדה שקצהו האחד קשור באניה וקצהו השני ובו לולאה תלוי קרוב לגובה המים, כדי לאפשר את גרירת האניה בעת סכנה.
