10. טופס פקודת־מסירה ופקודת־שילוח
פקודות־מסירה ופקודות־שילוח תהיינה ערוכות או באנגלית או באנגלית וערבית או באנגלית ועברית, וחברת השילוח, או הסוכנות המוציאה אותן, תמלאנה אותן בפרטים מלאים בכל נסמן.
