1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חוב לעובד“ – חוב שכר עבודה ופיצויי פיטורים כהגדרתם בסעיף 180 לחוק;
”חוב לקופת גמל“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 180 לחוק;
”נאמן“ – כהגדרתו בחוק חדלות פירעון ושיקום כלכלי;
”תביעה“ – תביעת גמלה מכוח פרק ח׳ לחוק;
”מועד ההגשה“ – המועד לפי סעיף 296(א) לחוק;
”קרוב“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 76(ד)(1) לפקודת מס הכנסה.
