4. בקשת חייב בעניין תוספת פיגורים שהתווספה לפני פריסה
אין בתשלום של חייב בפריסה לתשלומים לפי סעיף 2 כדי למנוע ממנו להגיש בקשה לפטור מלא או חלקי מתוספת פיגורים אשר התווספה על החוב בטרם ביצוע הפריסה, לפי סעיף 5ג לחוק.
