16. סייג לפתיחה והפעלה של אזור ציבורי מוגן
האמור בתקנות 9 עד 15 לא ימנע פתיחה והפעלה של אזור ציבורי מוגן שלא מתקיימות בו או בקשר אליו, הוראותיהן, כולן או חלקן, במצב חירום.
