9. איתור והקצאה של אזורים בטוחים נגישים
גוף ציבורי שמאתר ומקצה מקומות ציבוריים לאזורים ציבוריים מוגנים, ייתן עדיפות, ככל האפשר, ובהתחשב בצרכים הנובעים ממצב החירום, לאיתור והקצאה של מקומות העומדים בחקיקת נגישות למקום ציבורי.
