8. הנחיות לאיתור מקום מוגן בבניין למגורים
(א)הנחיות לאיתור מקום מוגן בבניין למגורים שמפרסם הגא לציבור יהיו בשפה פשוטה ויתקיימו בהן הוראות תקנה 28.
(ב)הפעילו משטרת ישראל או צה״ל מוקד חירום כמשמעותו בתקנה 7 לתקנות נגישות אירועי פינוי, ימסרו את ההנחיות לאיתור מקום מוגן כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) כחלק מהמידע שנמסר במסגרת מוקד החירום.
