14. תשלום משימות טעינה ופריקה בסירות
תיקון: תשכ״ה
מקבל־המשלוח, או סוכנו, או המשלח או סוכנו, הכול לפי העניין, ישלמו לסוכן הספינה, כסוכן הבעל או הבעלים של סירת־הפריקה או סירות־הפריקה, במקרה של החלק הדרומי של הנמל, ולמנהל הנמל, כסוכן הבעל או הבעלים של סירת־הפריקה או סירות־הפריקה במקרה של החלק הצפוני – את תמורת הטעינה ופריקה בסירות.
