6. תשלום משימות לפני הוצאתן של סחורות מן הנמל
תיקון: תש״ט
יש לשלם כל דמי מכס וכל מגיעות ומשימות של נמל על סחורות שהובאו [כלומר: יובאו], נשלחו הועברו מאמצעי שילוח אחד למשנהו, או הוחסנו, או לתת ערבות מספקת לתשלומם של אלה, לפני הוצאתן של הסחורות מן הנמל, והמנהל רשאי למנוע את הוצאתן של סחורות כל־שהן משטח הנמל כל זמן שלא שולמו דמי־מכס, מגיעות או משימות כל־שהן, המשתלמים על אותן סחורות.
