10. אגרות לכלי־שיט צבאיים
(א)לכלי־שיט צבאיים ישולמו האגרות הנקובות בתוספת לפי טונת ההדחק (displacement) שלהם ולא לפי טונת תפוסה.
(ב)במידה ולכלי־שיט צבאי אין תעודה מוכרת בה רשום ההדחק, יקבע המנהל את ההדחק לפי המקובל בכלי־שיט מאותו סוג.
