16. כלי־שיט לצרכי לימוד
כלי־שיט שהוכח למנהל שהוא משמש לצרכי לימוד השיט בלבד וכל עוד הוא משמש כאמור, לא ישולמו לגביו אגרות מגדלור או עגינה.
