23. אגרות מוזלות בתחום מספנות ישראל
כלי שיט הנמצא לצורך תיקונים בתחום מספנות ישראל וכל עוד הוא נמצא שם, ישולמו לגביו 50% מאגרת העגינה הנקובה בתוספת ויהא פטור מאגרת מינגש כל עוד החוזה שנחתם בין רשות הנמלים ומספנות ישראל בע״מ ביום 3 ביוני 1965 הוא בר־תוקף.
