30. הוראות מעבר
(א)שולמה אגרה שנתית לפי תקנות הנמלים (אגרות כלי־שיט), תשכ״א–1960 (להלן – התקנות המבוטלות), לפני יום פרסומן של תקנות אלה ברשומות (להלן – יום הפרסום) אין חובה לשלם לפי תקנות אלה אותה אגרה עד תום השנה שבעדה שולמה האגרה האמורה.
(ב)כלי שיט למעט כלי שיט מושבת – שבשעה 24.00 לפני יום הפרסום לא סיים תקופת שהייה כאמור בתקנה 23 לתקנות המבוטלות, ישולמו לגביו האגרות המגיעות לפיהן עד סיום תקופת השהייה כאמור בתקנות האמורות.
