2. פירוש
תיקון: 1945-3, תש״ט, תשכ״ג־2
בתקנות אלה –
”מסירה ישירה“ מובנה מסירה שלפיה נמסרים טובין נפרקים – באישורו המוקדם בכתב של מנהל המכס המקומי ומנהל הנמל – מכלי שיט או סירת־פריקה לאורך הרציף במישרים למקבל המשלוח או למשרתו או לסוכנו;
”נמל“ פירושו נמל חיפה או נמל יפו;
”שבוע“ פירושו תקופה של שבעה ימים;
”משגור“ פירושו – יחידת טובין.
