159א. שימוש בחומר הנחזה כמסוכן
תיקון: תשס״ב־6
השולח, המניח או המוסר לאחר, חומר או חפץ הנחזה כמסכן את חייו של אדם או את גופו, בנסיבות שיש בהן כדי לגרום לבהלה בציבור או להפרת הסדר הציבורי, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים או הקנס האמור בסעיף 61(א)(4).
