165. אלימות נגד מדינת חוץ

העושה בתחומי המדינה נסיון לארגן, להכין, לסייע או להקל כל נסיון הנעשה במדינת חוץ להרוס במעשי אלימות את סדרי השלטון של אותה מדינה, דינו – מאסר עשר שנים.
