172. כניסה ללא רשות למקום פולחן או קבורה

הנכנס שלא ברשות למקום פולחן או קבורה או למקום שיוחד לצרכי לוויית המת או לשמירת עצמותיו של מת, או נוהג במת שלא בכבוד, או גורם הפרעה לאנשים שנתקהלו ללוויית המת, והכל בכוונה לפגוע ברגשותיו של אדם או לבזות דתו, או כשהוא יודע שהדבר עשוי לפגוע ברגשותיו של אדם או לבזות דתו, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
