173. פגיעה ברגשי דת
תיקון: תשמ״ח־3 [א/149]
העושה אחת מאלה, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת:
(1)מפרסם פרסום שיש בו כדי לפגוע פגיעה גסה באמונתם או ברגשותיהם הדתיים של אחרים;
(2)משמיע במקום ציבורי ובתחום שמיעתו של פלוני מלה או קול שיש בהם כדי לפגוע פגיעה גסה באמונתו או ברגשותיו הדתיים.
