184. הגדרות
תיקון: תש״ן־3, תשנ״א־3 [א/93, א/95]
לענין סימן זה –
”סכין“ – כלי בעל להב או כלי אחר שסוגל לדקור או לחתוך;
”אולר“ – סכין מתקפלת שאורך להבה אינו עולה על עשרה סנטימטרים ושלא ניתן להפכה, בעזרת קפיץ או באמצעי אחר, לסכין שלהבה קבוע;
”משקה משכר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לחוק רישוי עסקים, התשכ״ח–1968.
