189. כניסה בכוח

הנכנס למקרקעין בדרך אלימה כדי להחזיק בהם, בין שהאלימות היא בהפעלת כוח למעשה נגד אדם אחר ובין שהיא באיומים או בפריצה או בכינוס אנשים במספר בלתי רגיל, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים, אף אם הוא זכאי להיכנס לאותם מקרקעין, זולת אם המקרקעין היו שלו אבל מוחזקים בידי עובדו או שלוחו.
