193. שכרות
תיקון: תש״ן־3 [א/101]
(א)המתפרע או המפר את הסדר במקום ציבורי בהיותו שיכור, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים.
(ב)המחזיק כלי נשק טעון, סכין או כל כלי זין קטלני אחר כשהוא שיכור, מותר לעצרו בלי צו מעצר, ודינו – מאסר ששה חדשים.
(ג)בעל עסק או עובד בעסק שבו נמכרים משקאות משכרים, המספק משקה משכר לשיכור או מעודד אותו לשתות משקה משכר, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים.
(ד)(נמחק).
