194. מהומה ועלבון במקום ציבורי
תיקון: [תשכ״ו] [א/102]
(א)המקים שאון או מהומה במקום ציבורי, בלי סיבה סבירה ובאופן העלול להפריע לתושבים או להביא להפרת השלום, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים.
(ב)המעליב אדם במקום ציבורי באופן העלול לעורר אדם הנוכח אותה שעה להפר את השלום, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים.
