205ג. איסור פרסום בדבר שירותי זנות של בגיר
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2, תשע״א־2
(א)המפרסם פרסום בדבר מתן שירותי זנות, כשנותן השירות אינו קטין, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4), ואם נעברה העבירה על ידי תאגיד – כפל הקנס האמור.
