205ד. איסור פרסום של הצעה לעיסוק בזנות
תיקון: תשע״ח־3
המפרסם פרסום בדבר הצעה לעסוק בזנות, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4), ואם ההצעה לעסוק בזנות היא לקטין – מאסר חמש שנים או קנס כאמור; נעברה העבירה על ידי תאגיד, דינו – כפל הקנס האמור.
