343. הסעה בכלי תחבורה מסוכן
תיקון: תש״ם־7 [א/246]
מי שביודעין או מתוך התרשלות מסיע אדם או גורם להסעתו בכלי תחבורה כשיש חשש לבטיחותו של הנוסע מחמת המצב או המטען של כלי התחבורה, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים, ואם היה כלי התחבורה מטוס, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
