413ב. גניבת רכב
תיקון: תש״ן־2
(א)הגונב רכב, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים.
(ב)הנוטל רכב ללא רשות מבעליו, והוא מעבירו למקום אחר או לאדם אחר בנסיבות המצביעות על כוונה שלא להחזירו לבעליו, אף אם עשה כל אחד מאלה על־ידי אחר, דינו כדין גונב רכב.
